Terms of use and enquiries

Terms governing use of the website and submission of travel enquiries.

Terms governing the use of Tenerife Wonder and the submission of information requests.

Last updated: 28 September 2026.

1. Service provided

Tenerife Wonder is an information and enquiry service. It enables users to explore content and request help to locate or compare activities offered by independent professionals. At this stage, submitting a request does not create a booking, confirm availability or generate any payment.

2. Owner

The service is managed by Iván Martínez García, Tax ID 46716938M, at Calle Chiguergue 5, 38296 San Cristóbal de La Laguna, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Contact: hola@tenerifewonder.com and +34 642 934 298.

3. Request process

  1. The traveller provides dates, group details, area and interests.
  2. Tenerife Wonder may consult providers without initially revealing the traveller’s personal data.
  3. If an option is available, the provider is identified and authorisation is requested before data is shared.
  4. The provider confirms availability, price and conditions.

4. Booking the activity

Where applicable, the activity is booked with the identified provider. Before booking, the provider must supply the characteristics, final price, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, cancellation conditions and provider details. Tenerife Wonder is not a party to the contract for performing the activity unless a future offer expressly states otherwise.

5. Price ranges

Amounts shown on activity pages are market references intended for comparison. They are not binding offers. The final price will be the price communicated by the provider for the requested date, group and option.

6. User obligations

The user must be an adult, provide accurate information, review the provider’s confirmation and disclose ages, mobility, health, experience or any circumstance relevant to the safety and suitability of the activity. Forms must not be used for unlawful, automated or unrelated purposes.

7. Availability, weather and safety

Permits, access, routes and weather conditions may require an activity to be changed or cancelled. Operational decisions are made by the provider and, where applicable, the competent authorities. Users must follow safety instructions and check that the activity is suitable for their circumstances.

8. Ranking and recommendations

Results are ordered according to thematic relevance, suitability for the trip, quality and currency of information, verification and known availability. A commercial relationship does not guarantee a recommendation, a particular position or a favourable assessment.

9. Incidents and complaints

Issues concerning the website or the initial enquiry process may be sent to hola@tenerifewonder.com. Complaints about the performance, payment or cancellation of an activity must be made to the contracted provider, although Tenerife Wonder may assist in identifying the request and clarifying communications.

10. Amendments and law

These terms may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. Spanish and European Union law applies, respecting mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictions.
