Tenerife Wonder

Terms for professionals

Terms for registration, verification and possible inclusion of providers.

Terms for professionals and businesses applying to join the Tenerife Wonder network.

Last updated: 28 September 2026.

1. Who may apply

Registration is intended for professionals and businesses that directly provide tours, activities or experiences in Tenerife, or their authorised representatives. An intermediary may not present itself as the direct provider.

2. Nature of the application

Submission opens a review file. It does not imply approval, verification, recommendation, publication, exclusivity or a commercial agreement. Tenerife Wonder may request clarification or documents through an appropriate channel.

3. Accuracy and updates

The applicant declares that the information is accurate, that they are authorised to provide it and that contact details, activities, registrations, insurance, licences, prices and conditions will be kept up to date. Any suspension, expiry or change affecting the safety or legality of the service must be reported promptly.

4. Verification

Tenerife Wonder may check tax and business identity, direct provision, tourism registers, qualifications, insurance, conditions, reputation and other relevant information. Review is adapted to the activity and does not replace supervision by public authorities.

5. Sensitive documents

Identity documents, full insurance policies, bank details and sensitive documents must not be sent through the public form. If required, a suitable channel and specific purpose will be provided.

6. Profile and content

Before a public profile is activated, the business information to be displayed will be confirmed. The provider guarantees that it can authorise use of any names, descriptions, logos or photographs supplied. Tenerife Wonder may edit text for clarity, house style and SEO without changing essential information.

7. Editorial independence and commercial relationships

Verification does not purchase an editorial position. Any commission, payment per lead, affiliate arrangement or partnership requires a separate agreement. No agreement guarantees a volume of enquiries, bookings, revenue or a favourable assessment.

8. Traveller requests

Initial enquiries may be shared without personal data. A traveller’s identity and contact details are only disclosed with authorisation and for a specific purpose. The provider must use the data solely to handle the request and meet its own data-protection information duties.

9. Suspension or removal

Tenerife Wonder may pause or remove a profile if information is incomplete, cannot be verified, presents a risk to travellers, breaches these terms or the relationship ends. The provider may request removal, without prejudice to retaining data required for obligations or claims.

10. Contact and law

Controller: Iván Martínez García, Tax ID 46716938M. Contact: hola@tenerifewonder.com and +34 642 934 298. Spanish and European Union law applies; the competent authorities and courts are those determined by applicable law.
