2. Purpose and nature of Tenerife Wonder

Tenerife Wonder publishes editorial information about places, tours, activities and experiences in Tenerife. Travellers can also send a request so that Tenerife Wonder can locate, filter or compare options provided by independent professionals or businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the future, Tenerife Wonder does not provide the activities directly, confirm bookings, collect payment from travellers or act as a travel agency. Sending a form is a non-binding enquiry.

3. Providers and contracts

Any activity will be provided by the professional or business identified before booking. The provider must confirm availability, final price, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, insurance, requirements, cancellation terms and any other applicable conditions. The contract for the activity is made with that provider.

Tenerife Wonder does not share a traveller’s personal data with a provider until the provider has been identified and the traveller has given specific authorisation.

4. Prices and content

Prices shown on activity pages are indicative market ranges, not binding offers or Tenerife Wonder booking prices. Timetables, routes, permits, access, weather, availability and prices may change. Binding information is the information confirmed by the provider before booking.

5. Use of the website

Users must use the website lawfully, provide accurate information and refrain from introducing malicious code, attempting to access restricted areas, impersonating others or using content in a way that harms third parties.

6. Liability

Information is reviewed with reasonable care, but the complete absence of errors and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Tenerife Wonder is not liable for changes made by third parties, decisions based on outdated information or the performance of an activity by an independent provider, without prejudice to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Third-party links and services

External links are provided for further information. Each third party is responsible for its content, availability, terms and data processing. A link does not automatically imply endorsement or a commercial relationship.

8. Intellectual property

Original texts, structure, design, visual identity, databases and materials are protected. Their substantial reproduction or exploitation is not authorised without permission. Third-party trademarks, photographs and resources belong to their respective owners and are used under authorisation, licence or another lawful basis.

9. Privacy and cookies

Personal data processing is explained in the Privacy policy. Storage technologies are described in the Cookie policy.

10. Applicable law

This website is governed by Spanish and European Union law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, always respecting mandatory consumer rights and jurisdictions.
